Vancouver Public Art Inventory The City of Vancouverís Public Art Program seeks to incorporate art in city planning and urban development with the goal of creating a stronger sense of community. "The Program encourages art making of many kinds, from single-artist commissions to collaborations with engineers, architects and neighborhood groups. Projects initiated by the Program express the spirit, values, visions, and poetry of place that collectively define Vancouver." The City of Vancouver has a newsletter, which provides readers with up-to-date information on public art news and you can subscribe to this newsletter online at this site.
